In September 2020, Mr. Thibaut de Ladoucette was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lesaffre Group, headquartered in Marcq-en-Barœul, Hauts-de-France, France. He has been a member of the Board of Lesaffre since 2006.
From January 2005 until his appointment, he was the Group Chief Financial Officer of Egis, based in Saint Quentin en Yvelines, France. The company is an international player in construction engineering and mobility services. He joined the Egis Executive Committee in 2006. In 2004, he served at the CEO Advisor for C3D, a Caisse de Dépôts subsidiary, as the Head of Development, he was in led M&A strategy of the financial holding company where he led the privatization of a listed company. From April 1994 through December 2003, he was the Executive Director of M&A with UBS Investment Banking, where he worked on M&A transactions in services, mining, retail, construction, and infrastructure in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. He led acquisitions of listed companies in France and the UK. From March 1989 - August 1992, he worked as a Fixed Income Trader at Barclays Bank in London. He started his professional career in July 1987, serving as the Commercial Attaché with the French Trade Offices in Shanghai (PRC) and then, in Seoul, South Korea.
Mr. de Ladoucette is a graduate of EM Lyon Business School and received his MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
