Since January 2014, the FACC-Philadelphia has successfully piloted a soft-landing program entitled Global Access, which is now presented in partnership with ENRICH in the USA. This initiative helps foreign enterprises and entrepreneurs navigate the various hurdles of entering and incorporating in the United States and create jobs in the region. ENRICH in the USA combines immigration solutions with cultural education, technical assistance, and business development.

• Identify Foreign Direct Investment projects in partnership with the Chambers of Commerce and Industry in France

• Guide the entry strategy of the French enterprises

• Provide technical assistance in the areas of incorporation, market research, finance, and import/export

• Offer orientation and networking within the region’s social, political, cultural, and economic environments and connect to statewide and federal resources

• Coach on cross-cultural differences such as how to communicate effectively in the American and international business arenas

• Provide low-cost, soft landing solutions in conjunction with local incubators and universities

• Develop practical tools and provide training and technical assistance for our local partners in order to help them build the capacity to welcome international companies
