Looking to recruit international talent?
Tuesday, March 26 at 12:00 PM EST featured an insightful webinar on J-1 visas as well as how to recruit highly skilled interns and trainees from overseas.
During the webinar, participants gained valuable insights into how the FACC-NY Chapter can assist companies and their overseas recruits from start to finish - through the application steps and their entire stay.
Current Host Companies and J-1 Visa Exchange Visitors provided in-depth knowledge about this specific visa category, enabling participants' companies to bring talented international interns or trainees from abroad to their workplace. The webinar also explored how their contributions can not only benefit an organization, but also significantly contribute to their professional development.
