The FACC-Philadelphia is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors, representing all sectors of our business community. Members in good standing who have been exceptionally supportive of the FACC may be nominated by another Member to be considered for an FACC Board position. Nominees are first vetted by the Nominating Committee. If approved, they are presented to the Board for their vote. If approved by the Board, the entire slate is presented to the FACC Members for their vote to elect the slate to serve a two-year term.
