Ashley Brinn Levy concentrates her practice on advising and representing clients from a broad range of industry groups in business litigation, real estate, land use/zoning, and gaming matters.

She represents and advises sophisticated clients, including Fortune 500 companies. 

Ashley has worked with clients in the real estate industry on the development and redevelopment of industrial, commercial, and residential properties.

Ashley has extensive experience representing and appearing before municipal planning and zoning boards and obtaining approvals for commercial developers as well as homeowners. She represents buyers, sellers, and developers in a wide array of real estate and land use matters.  Ashley handles commercial litigation in connection with real estate and land use disputes. She also represents clients in connection with land use matters in the cannabis industry.

In addition, Ashley represents gaming corporations, gaming equipment companies, esports leagues, as well as regional entities and individuals in gaming licensing, regulatory, governance, and compliance matters in various jurisdictions.

In these capacities, she regularly interfaces with regulatory agencies in various jurisdictions.

During law school, Ashley served as judicial law clerk to a presiding judge at the New Jersey Superior Court and an intern in civil court as well as in the legal and risk management departments of a casino in New Jersey.

Ashley has been studying French since the fifth grade. Throughout middle school and high school, she placed in the National French Contest multiple times, and spent time in Chartres, France on an exchange program. 

 

After graduating with honors from Moorestown Friends School, Ashely went on to Bryn Mawr College.  There, Ashley was one of approximately 25 women in the history of Bryn Mawr College to be nominated and admitted into its joint degree (B.A./M.A.) program in French. In connection with same, she studied at the masters level at Institut d’Etudes Francaises d’Avignon, during the Summer of 2003. While at Bryn Mawr College, Ashley was awarded two scholarships for excellence in French: the Marandon Scholarship and the Alliance Française de Philadelphie's Pierre C. Fraley Scholarship.

Ashley was elected and served as the President of the Bryn Mawr College Social Committee from 2000-2004.  Ashley was appointed and served as the Social Director of the Atlantic County Bar Association from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, she was selected to serve on the WISH event-planning committee at Scarinci Hollenbeck.
